COVID-19 Plans

The following information was in place for the 2022 workshop.  It will be updated before the 2024 workshop.

Please know that everyone’s health and safety are of utmost importance. The rooms at Bellevue College are large and are all equipped with an air filtration system.

Additionally, we are….

1. Requesting that all participants be fully vaccinated and boosted.

2. Requesting that all participants take a rapid test on Thursday Sept 15th and on Saturday September 17th.

3. Limiting the number of players in each classroom so that everyone can be distanced.

4. Requiring masks to be worn when not playing or eating.

5. Encouraging folks to step outside during breaks (weather permitting!)

6. Hoping for a beautiful September weekend!

Those of you who were with us last fall can attest to all the precautions that we took and confirm that no one got sick!
